I've used other therapy lamps that only had 2 or 3 brightness settings. The stepless dimming on this one is so much better. I can find the exact level that's comfortable for my eyes. Excellent for early morning risers

Easy to use and very effective

I was a bit overwhelmed by all the settings at first, but the manual explains everything clearly, and the controls are actually very simple.
