Excellent for early morning risers
I have to get up very early for work, often before sunrise. This lamp is a lifesaver. I sit with it for 20 minutes while I have my coffee, and it genuinely tricks my brain into thinking it's a sunny morning. I feel much more awake and ready for the day. The 10,000 lux is powerful, and the stepless dimming means I can start a bit lower and increase the intensity. Highly recommended.
