Subtle but real mood improvement
I was skeptical if a light could actually affect my mood, but after using this for a month, I'm a believer. The change is subtle, but I definitely feel less irritable and have more energy on grey days. I like that I can adjust the brightness seamlessly. The white noise is a nice bonus, though I mainly use it for the light. It's easy to clean with a dry cloth, as instructed.
