Easy to use and very effective
I was a bit overwhelmed by all the settings at first, but the manual explains everything clearly, and the controls are actually very simple. I use it every morning on a medium brightness and cool color temp. After a few weeks, I just feel... better. More optimistic and less sluggish. The 10 white noise tracks are a lovely extra—my kids even like the "ocean" one at bedtime. A fantastic product at a fair price.
