A happy light indeed
It's aptly named! This little lamp has genuinely brought more light and happiness into my dark winter mornings. The 10,000 lux is bright and invigorating. I also love having the 10 white noise tracks—the "birds" one makes me feel like I'm in a forest. The timer is reliable. For the price, it's an incredible tool for mental wellness.
