I've been using one of these gloves for about two months now, several times a week. It still works perfectly. The battery holds a good charge, the silver fiber fabric hasn't pilled or stretched, and the copper buckles are still in great shape. The 10 modes and 25 levels give me plenty of variety. I use it for general hand health and occasional flare-ups of tendonitis. For the price, getting two complete units is excellent value. A solid, well-made product.

Great for improving hand circulation

I have poor circulation in my hands, especially in winter—they're always cold and stiff. These gloves are fantastic. The EMS micro-electric pulses stimulate blood flow beautifully. I use a gentle setting (level 4-5) on mode 2 (tapping) for 20 minutes, and my hands feel warm and energized afterwards. The silver fiber fabric is breathable, so they don't make my hands sweaty. The 10 modes and 25 levels give me plenty of options. A wonderful tool for anyone with cold hands or circulation issues.

Incredible relief for my arthritic hands

I have osteoarthritis in my hands, and mornings used to be a struggle just to make coffee. These EMS gloves have been a revelation. Easy to use and very effective

I was looking for something to help with hand stiffness from my desk job. These gloves are so simple to use. Long press "+" to turn on, then set the intensity and mode. I use mode 2 on level 8 for 20 minutes during my lunch break. My hands feel so much looser and more flexible afterwards. The gloves are breathable and comfortable. The two-pack means I can keep one at work and one at home. Highly recommend.

Excellent for post-rock climbing recovery

After intense climbing sessions, my fingers and forearms are trashed. These gloves are perfect for recovery. I use a higher intensity (level 18-20) on the tapping mode for 20 minutes. The EMS really helps flush out the fatigue and soreness from my finger flexors and extensors. The gloves fit well and stay in place. The silver fiber technology ensures even current distribution. Helped with my trigger finger

25 intensity levels offer precise therapy

The range of intensity on these gloves is impressive. Level 1 is a very subtle tingle, while level 25 is a strong, pulsing contraction. I started low and have worked my way up. I use them for general hand fatigue from typing and for an old sports injury to my knuckles. The 10 modes (kneading, tapping, rolling, etc.) target the muscles in different ways. The controls on the little battery unit are simple: long press + to turn on, then use +/- for intensity, M for modes. Excellent product.

I have mild carpal tunnel syndrome, and the numbness in my fingers was getting bothersome. These EMS gloves have made a huge difference.
