Incredible relief for my arthritic hands
I have osteoarthritis in my hands, and mornings used to be a struggle just to make coffee. These EMS gloves have been a revelation. The 20% silver fiber is soft and comfortable, and the EMS pulses really target the stiff joints. I use mode 3 (kneading) on a medium intensity (level 10) for 20 minutes every morning. By the time the session is done, my hands feel loose and the pain has subsided significantly. The fact that it comes as a pair means I can treat both hands at once. It's not a cure, but it's the best drug-free relief I've found.
