Helped with my trigger finger
I started developing trigger finger in my ring finger, and my doctor suggested trying EMS therapy. These gloves have been excellent. The pulses target the exact area and help relax the tight tendon. I use a higher intensity (level 15) on a pulsed mode for 20 minutes daily. After a few weeks, the catching and stiffness have noticeably improved. The 10 modes allow me to vary the stimulation. The two-pack is great value—I keep one at home and one in my desk at work.
