Easy to use and very effective

I'm not very tech-savvy, but this was simple to figure out. Long press "+" to turn on, then use "+/-" to set the intensity. The "M" button cycles through the 10 modes, and "H" sets the timer. I use it on my elbow after long days of painting. The EMS therapy really helps with the fatigue and stiffness. The silver fiber fabric is soft and comfortable. The range of intensity on this device is fantastic. Level 1 is a subtle tingle, while level 25 is a powerful, deep muscle contraction.
