Relief from arthritis pain in my elbow
I have osteoarthritis in my elbows, which makes lifting even light objects painful. This EMS brace has made a huge difference. I use a gentle setting (level 4-5) on mode 2 (tapping) for 20 minutes each morning. The warmth from the increased circulation and the gentle pulsing really loosens up the joint. By the time I'm done, my elbow feels much more flexible and the pain is significantly reduced. The silver fiber fabric is soft and non-irritating. A fantastic, non-invasive therapy tool.
