25 intensity levels offer precise control
The range of intensity on this device is fantastic. Level 1 is a subtle tingle, while level 25 is a powerful, deep muscle contraction. I started low and have gradually increased as my elbow has gotten stronger. I use it for an old pitching injury that flares up. The 10 modes (kneading, tapping, rolling, etc.) target the muscles in different ways. The brace fits well and doesn't slip. The two-pack is great value—I keep one at home and one in my car.
