Solid build quality with thoughtful design

You can tell this is well-made. The silver fiber fabric is high quality, and the anti-corrosion copper buckles feel durable. The controls on the little battery unit are simple: long press + to turn on, then use +/- to adjust intensity, M to change modes, and H for the timer. It's intuitive. I use it for an old sports injury to my wrist that flares up in cold weather. The EMS really helps increase blood flow and ease the stiffness. For the price, getting two complete units (each with its own battery and wrist guard) is excellent value. My wife and I both use them—she for her sewing-related wrist pain, me for gym recovery. Surprisingly powerful little device

Don't let the small size fool you—this thing packs a punch. With 25 intensity levels, level 15 is already quite strong for me. The EMS pulses penetrate deeply into the wrist joint. I use it for tendinitis pain from playing guitar. It really helps calm the inflammation and soreness after a long practice session.
