Noticeable difference in wrist mobility
I had a wrist fracture a few years ago, and it's always been a bit stiff and weak. Using this EMS device regularly has noticeably improved my range of motion and reduced the ache. I use mode 5 on a moderate intensity. The pulses encourage the muscles to contract and relax, which seems to keep everything more limber. It's comfortable enough to wear while working at my desk. I'm very pleased with the results.
