I do a lot of jewelry making and knitting, which can really strain my wrists. This EMS support has been a game-changer. I use it on a medium intensity with a rolling massage mode. It works out the kinks and soreness really well. The fit is adjustable and stays put thanks to the elastic cuffs. It's also very lightweight (only 80g). The instructions recommend starting on low intensity, which I did, and it's very safe. A must-have for any crafter.

I like that I'm not stuck with just one type of pulse. The 10 different massage modes (like kneading, tapping, rolling, and mixed patterns) mean my muscles don't get used to the same stimulation. The controls on the small unit are a bit tiny, but once you learn them (long press for on/off, short press for adjustments), it's easy.

I'm not very tech-savvy, but this was simple to figure out. You long-press the "+" to turn it on, then just press "+" or "-" to set the intensity. The "M" button cycles through the 10 modes. I keep it on mode 2, which is a gentle tapping. I wear it for 20 minutes while I do my crossword puzzles. It's so comfortable I almost forget it's on. My wrist, which gets stiff from knitting, feels much more flexible after. A great little device.
