Works great but read the manual first
I’ve given it four stars as there’s a slight learning curve to get the hang of it. When I first used it, I didn’t realise you need to prime the serum reservoir and remove a small air bubble beforehand. Once I worked that out, it’s been plain sailing.
The EMS feature was a pleasant surprise. At level 2, I could clearly feel it working on my jawline. After a few uses, my skin is brighter and noticeably firmer.
Definitely don’t skip the user guide like I did. Take five minutes to read it, and you’ll have no trouble at all.

My neck finally doesn't look like a raisin anymore
I’m in my late 40s and have battled crepey neck skin for years on end. I’ve tried all manner of creams and serums with no real results at all. The H5 has made all the difference. I use it twice weekly on my neck and décolleté on a low 0.5mm setting, and after around two months, the skin texture is far smoother.
The inbuilt serum system is really convenient—no dripping, no mess whatsoever. I simply top it up with peptide serum and start my routine. The induction charging base is a lovely extra feature; place the pen down and it stops automatically. It feels really premium for a home-use device. I’d absolutely recommend it.

It's used to eliminate stretch marks.
It's said that microneedles with EMS microcurrent are more effective and should be better than H3.

It has been one week since completing the treatment, and the benefits are still evident when compared with my skin beforehand. Overall, I am thoroughly satisfied with the outcome.
My face appears slightly red immediately after each session, yet it returns to its normal condition after approximately two days. I used a facial mask morning and evening, and I was able to apply makeup from the fourth day onwards. The stickiness has gone completely, leaving my skin feeling far smoother. I intend to continue using the device regularly.

Finally something that helps with my old acne scars
I've had rolling scars on my cheeks since my teenage years. Lasers are too expensive, chemical peels were meh, nothing really helped. I've been using the H5 at around 0.8mm depth on my scar areas for about six weeks and I'm finally seeing improvement. They're not gone, but they're softer and less noticeable. What I love about this pen is you can adjust depth on the fly — I go deeper on my cheeks and shallower around my nose where the skin is thinner. The automatic serum infusion means the product actually gets into the micro-channels instead of just sitting on top of my skin. Worth every penny.

Very light.
The insertion is much faster than with regular needle rollers and less painful, making it very suitable for home use.

It used 36 needles with a depth of 0.5 mm, and the pain was bearable.
The effect on acne scar removal is good. After one use, I feel that the acne scars are much less noticeable and my pores are a little smaller, but it's not very noticeable. It should get better if I continue using it.

EMS is good to use; it doesn't give you an electric shock, just a slight tingling sensation.
It's much nicer and more comfortable with the base.

Battery lasts forever and works while charging
I'm terrible at remembering to charge my devices. The H5 lasts 3-4 hours on a full charge which is way more than I need for a full face + neck session. And if I do forget to charge it, I can just plug it in and keep using it. That alone is a huge win for me. The pen itself feels solid — nice weight, good grip, doesn't feel cheap. The automatic stop when you set it down on the base is a nice safety feature too. My skin looks healthier, my fine lines are softening, and I actually look forward to my weekly treatment now. No regrets.

A friend recommended this to me. I tried it in his shop, and it felt pretty good and wasn't difficult to use, so I bought it and used it at home. Compared to the negative pressure hyaluronic acid machine, this one is much easier, and you don't have to wor
Now my skin feels smoother and softer. The more I use it, the better the effect will be. It's really useful and I recommend it.
