1.Place the LED Therapy Light on the knee and secure straps.

2.Long Press power button by the side to start device and ente default setting oflow mode and 10 minutes timer with one beep.

3.When device is in operation,light press power switch to lock.

4.5 modes:Low,Medium,High,10Hz Pulse, Breathing Mode,by pressing

”flame”button

5.Press”wave”button to select auto-of timer off 10 or 20 min.Screen will resume and display current mode after 10 seconds of no operation.

Charging Instructions:

1.Device will not work when charging the battery

2.Device will beep 5 times with quick flashing to indicate low battery

3.Battery indication flash slow when charging and turn solid once fully charged.

Easy to use with simple controls

I'm not good with complicated gadgets, but this is very straightforward. One button to cycle through the 5 modes, and a timer button for 10 or 20 minutes. The battery is easy to charge via USB-C. The wrap itself is comfortable and stays in place. No learning curve, just effective relief.

The breathing mode is surprisingly therapeutic

I wasn't sure what to expect from the "breathing" mode, but it's become my favorite. The gentle pulsing on and off is so soothing. I use it in the evening while I'm reading. Helped with my baker's cyst pain

I developed a baker's cyst behind my knee, which caused significant pain and tightness. My doctor recommended light therapy to reduce inflammation. This wrap has been fantastic. I position it so it wraps around the back of my knee as well as the front. After a few weeks of daily use, the pain has subsided and the tightness is much less. Targeted relief that stays put

The 10Hz pulse mode feels like a massage

The steady mode is great, but the 10Hz pulse mode is something else. It feels like a gentle, rhythmic tapping massage deep in my knee joint. I use it after long walks, and it really helps with recovery. The 5 intensity settings (low, medium, high, 10Hz, breathing) mean I can switch it up depending on what feels best. A very versatile and effective device.

Helped with stiffness after sitting

Excellent for recovery after ACL surgery

Essential for my ski season recovery
