1 . Long press the button to start the device.
2 .Short press the button to cycle through mode settings: low level, medium level,high level, pulsed light (10Hz), and pulsed light(40Hz). The naked eyes can only see red light, while lR light is invisible to the naked eyes.
3 . Put the Red Light Therapy Cap onyour head.
4 . The usage time is 20 minutes, andit will automatically shut off after20 minutes.
5. Long press 2 seconds to turn on / off.

Smart auto shut-off is a great feature
I love that I don't have to keep track of time. The 20-minute auto shut-off is perfect. I just put it on, turn it on, and relax until it turns off. It ensures I get the right treatment length every time. The 84 dual-chip LEDs seem powerful. I've only been using it for a month, but my hair feels thicker at the roots. Finally, a device that fits comfortably
I have a larger head, and many caps are too tight, but the adjustable Velcro strap on this one is great. It fits snugly without being uncomfortable. I can wear it for the full 20 minutes without any pressure points. I use the 40Hz pulse mode based on some studies I read about frequency for hair growth. Too early to tell on major regrowth, but my hair definitely feels healthier and my scalp feels less tight.

Helped with dry scalp and flakes
My main issue wasn't hair loss but a very dry, flaky scalp. This light therapy cap has been amazing for that. The combination of red and infrared light seems to balance my scalp. Dual-chip LEDs make a difference

Over 60 minutes of cordless use is true
The battery life is excellent. I can easily get three 20-minute sessions before needing to charge. This means I can take it with me when I travel without worrying about cables. Thinning hair seems to be improving
