I got my FREYARA RED LIGHT panel and I'm thrilled. I use it on my face and hairline. But I needed something effective for my body skin. That's where the blanket came in. I've owned several FREYARA infrared red light therapy products over the past few years and love how the company continues to adapt and grow to meet the needs and demands of their customers. I started with the therapy lamp, then moved on to the belt, and when I saw they also offered a body wrap, I knew this was the next product for my red light therapy lineup. I wasn't disappointed. I wanted something that could better relax, repair, and relieve pain in larger areas. I like to use it after a workout and have found it helps prevent sore muscles the next day. The very long cable allows me to place it on my bed and still plug it into the wall—very convenient. Plus, after use, it rolls up and tucks away out of sight behind my chair. I'm 5'7", and it's long enough to cover my neck all the way down to my feet. I typically use it 4-5 times a week for 30 minutes each time. I look forward to it, and it's very relaxing. An eye shield is also included.
