Compared to commercially available devices, the lamp seems to be of high quality.
I'm 1.88 m tall and weigh 109 kg. The width seemed sufficient, so my entire upper body was covered in red light.
I don't have any specific pain I'm looking to relieve. I've just heard about the benefits of red light and want to see if it helps me sleep, lose weight, and improve my skin.
Overall, I have mixed feelings about the device, but from everything I've researched about red light therapy, it's more of a preventative measure than anything else, so I'll continue using it.

I'm so excited! I received my FREYARA red light therapy mat last week, but I had to wait for my surgeon to test it. I had major surgery three weeks ago and want to use the mat to support my recovery, boost my energy, and beyond. I'm starting a little slow... I used it for 6 minutes at 75%. It's comfortable to lie on (I have it on a bed), like a warm blanket. The size is good... I'm 5'9" tall, and I was fully illuminated from my neck to my feet. The book has clear instructions, and the remote is easy to use. The eye protection was included, which is very nice. It was so relaxing... I can't wait to use it more often. I'll report back once I'm using it more regularly.

It's so warm that I practically fall asleep as soon as I lie on it and the warmth penetrates my muscles. Regarding pain relief, nothing has been decided yet. I did feel some relief, but it's really hard to say if that's from the mat. And I've even had severe hip pain while using it. But I'd say so far, it's going well.

The FREYARA Red Light Therapy Changing Mat relieves my pain and helps me sleep better; I noticed this relatively quickly after starting to use it. The remote controls are a bit low compared to where my hand rests inside the wrap, but I just put them down and let go. I wish the remote(s) had a red light to indicate when they're on. However, it turns off automatically, which I can tell because the heat subsides. Since using it, I've noticed a significant improvement in my chronic pain, and when I don't, my body reminds me.
