The FREYARA Red Light Therapy Changing Mat relieves my pain and helps me sleep better; I noticed this relatively quickly after starting to use it. The remote controls are a bit low compared to where my hand rests inside the wrap, but I just put them down and let go. I wish the remote(s) had a red light to indicate when they're on. However, it turns off automatically, which I can tell because the heat subsides. Since using it, I've noticed a significant improvement in my chronic pain, and when I don't, my body reminds me. I will definitely use it regularly. Thanks for reading!

I use my device once a day. I set my settings, and the mats remember them. I simply press two buttons, one on each remote, and crawl in. FREYARA has the best products. They are very well made and provide the pain relief I'm looking for. I also own two Rumblex vibration platforms and the PEMF mat. You, like me, will be a returning customer. I don't get paid for these items, but I recommend them to many. It's just common sense for autoimmune diseases, pain syndromes, and inflammation.

This product is of high quality. It's sturdy. You can tell the wrap isn't as thin as other products on the market. The instruction manual is clear and effective. It's definitely comfortable and offers plenty of padding. The size is also suitable for tall and overweight people. I think it's absolutely worth the money.

I swear, it's the most relaxing time of the day. I'm looking forward to it. It's very relaxing! I'd like to use it twice a day when I have time away from our dog to use it. I don't want him around to protect his eyes.

I love that you can set a timer, adjust the brightness, and use the pulse function. You can also use red light, infrared light, or a combination of both. It really helps with my joint pain, and I no longer have to take painkillers. I use it in combination with my RLT/IFT lamps for my face, neck, and feet, or alternate between the ceiling and my lamps to extend the lifespan of both.

I got my FREYARA RED LIGHT panel and I'm thrilled. I use it on my face and hairline. But I needed something effective for my body skin. That's where the blanket came in. I've had it for about a month now and I love it. I do 8 minutes on each side, and it covers everything. The treatment is so relaxing, and the time flies. I've lost a lot of weight and use RLT to keep my skin in tip-top shape while the pounds drop.

It's well-made, comfortable to lie on, and the remote makes it easy to adjust the settings and timer to your needs. I'm a petite woman and 5'9". The mat is long enough to provide complete red light coverage from my neck down to my feet and wide enough for my arms to rest on. The convenience of being able to perform a full-body therapy session in 20 minutes is groundbreaking! My husband also uses it after a workout and is equally impressed with the quality of the mat, the ability to treat a larger area of the body compared to the smaller mats we used to use, and how easy it is to use. An added bonus is the eye protection and lifetime warranty. I highly recommend this product.
