Many believe there are different cartridges for different depths, but this pen is adjustable from 0mm to 2.5mm for every cartridge type. This an awesome way to do micro-needling without spending hundreds at a clinic. You will be red for two days but the comfort is pretty good. I'm very sensitive and didn't mind it too much.

This is a nice device, but I was definitely intimidated by it at first. It absolutely will take most people a bit to gain a comfort level with using tiny needles on your skin. It does have different levels so you can start with the lowest until you become more comfortable with it. As long as you do your research and understand what you are doing, this is a nice beauty tool to have,
