The item came well packaged and on time. It included the pen in a little protective bag, charger, manual and needles in a hard protective box. I've only had this a few days and I have tried it once. I do wish I had watched more videos (I only watched one) and the advice was to keep it at. 25 for the face. I'm in my 50s and given my desired results of reducing lines I would have gone deeper. I personally found it painless. I still haven't set on a style of use so it was a bit clumsy. I did use hyaluronic acid while using the device and I continue to use it. My face did become red and it started peeling on the third day. I cannot speak to its long term effectiveness but I feel it has promise and I will continue to use it. I hope to remember to update this post after future uses.

This is my first pen and I absolutely love it. I did quite a bit of research before determining which plan I wanted to order for my problem areas and concerns. This seems like the best option for me. I've been using it for just a few months now, and I love the results that I've gotten. I've honestly become a bit of a skin care junkie and don't see myself stopping anytime soon I am loving the results. I am able to get from the comfort of my own home.

Dr Pen is the brand used by many schools when teaching microneedling. I am pleased with this nodel. It has a comfortable stainless housing with and feels comfortable in the hand. It has the options to use corded with enclosed 6.5' cord or is rechargeable with the C style USB plug. It comes with a latching storage case. The fine needles are designed for comfort. It comes with 10 needle cartidges that are locking and have a valve to prevent back flow. It has six speeds and the smooth motor will go up to 20,000 RPM. I appreciate the low battery indicator. The depth dial adjusts smoothly even with gloves under a plastic sleeve.Collagen induction therapy is controlled wounding of the skin to stimulate collagen production, reduce fine lines and wrinkles, and reduce scars. Care must be taken when performing this procedure. Done improperly, it can lead to scarring, injury, or infection. Please pay attention to the enclosed pamphlet for proper needles and depth. Watch videos on proper protocol from reputable sources by professionals.

Love it! So far I have used it three times and it's worked great. I used the dr pen authentication process to make sure it was genuine since there are counterfeits out there and it's a real. Got a great price for a great pen so it's def 5 stars!
