I find this machine very helpful with skin tightening. I have been using it on my arms and legs and can see the difference with only a few treatments. It has also really assisted in muscle pain. I used the handheld body sculpting device on the back of my thighs and under my buttocks. Comparing both sides after the treatment, I definitely noticed a lifting effect. Aloe vera gel or conductive gel works better. I love it!
