I like that I'm not stuck with just one type of pulse. The 10 different massage modes (like kneading, tapping, rolling, and mixed patterns) mean my muscles don't get used to the same stimulation. I use it for general wrist maintenance and sometimes just for relaxation. The silver fiber is very soft against the skin. The controls on the small unit are a bit tiny, but once you learn them (long press for on/off, short press for adjustments), it's easy.
