How to used
1. Installation: Install the battery into the silver ion product.
2. Power On/Off: Press and hold "+" to power on, press and hold "-" to power off.
3. Intensity Adjustment: After powering on, briefly press "+" to increase intensity, briefly press "-" to decrease intensity. There are 25 intensity levels.
4. Mode Setting: Briefly press "M" to select a mode. There are 10 modes to choose from.
5. Timer Setting: Briefly press "H" to select the timer duration.

1. When first using the product, it is recommended to start with a low intensity test and gradually increase the intensity after your skin has adapted.
2. This product is not waterproof and cannot be washed. If there is sweat on the product after use, simply let it air dry.

Helped me avoid knee surgery
