Works really well, but you’ll need patience — it’s not a quick overnight fix.
I’ve rated it four stars simply to keep people’s expectations realistic. I’ve been using the A11 for around six weeks now, and the improvement is definitely there. My skin is firmer, old acne scars are fading, and my complexion looks much brighter.
Results don’t happen after just one or two sessions; it does take consistent use. The pen itself is really well built though. Battery life is excellent, only needing a charge every few weeks, and the induction charging stand is really handy.
Don’t expect dramatic changes in a week. Keep using it consistently, and you’ll be pleased with the results.

Finally something that works on my deep acne scars
I've had pitted scars on my cheeks for over 15 years. Tried lasers (expensive and painful), chemical peels (meh), and every serum on the market. Nothing made a real dent until I started microneedling at home with the A11. I go to 1.25mm depth on my scars and after about eight sessions, they are visibly softer. Not completely gone, but I don't feel embarrassed in harsh lighting anymore. The pen glides smoothly and the adjustable speed helps me treat different areas comfortably. If you have real texture issues, this is the pen to get. Just be patient and consistent.

Way less intimidating than I thought — perfect for beginners.
I was genuinely nervous about needles before purchasing this device. The A11 is totally beginner-friendly though. I started out on the lowest 0.25mm depth just to test the feel, and I barely felt a thing. Now I’m using 0.75mm on my cheeks, and the results are incredible. My skin texture is so much smoother, and my makeup no longer settles into my pores.
The large LED screen makes it simple to check your current setting, plus the motor runs really quietly. I highly recommend it for anyone feeling hesitant to try at-home microneedling.

Love that it works while charging – saved me more than once
I'm terrible about remembering to charge things. With the A11, even if the battery is dead, I can just plug it in and keep going. That alone is a huge plus for me. But beyond that, the pen feels really well made. The cartridge locks in tight with no wobble, and the depth dial clicks into place clearly. I use it on my neck and décolleté too, and the skin there is noticeably less crepey after a few sessions. No complaints at all. Solid tool, solid results.

Finally seeing real results on my forehead lines
I am 38, and those horizontal forehead lines have troubled me for many years. I have tried retinol, peptides and numerous other treatments, yet none delivered tangible results until this microneedling pen. I have used the A11 every 10 days for around two months, and my forehead is far smoother in appearance.
The fine lines have not disappeared entirely, but they have softened by approximately 70%. The adjustable depth is straightforward to operate; I use 0.8mm on my forehead and 0.5mm beneath my eyes. The pen charges rapidly and offers excellent battery longevity. With consistent use, it truly delivers noticeable improvements.

Great for home use and scalp treatments
