Instructions for Use:

1. Place the massager directly on the treatment area (mesh side contacting skin).

2. Secure adjustable straps through metal rings for optimal fit.

3. Power on/off: Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn the device on/off. The default power-on mode is: ALL (660nm+850nm), P1 heat, L1 vibration, 20-minute timer. (After powering on, a short press of the power button locks the screen to prevent accidental touches. When the screen is locked, the on-screen buttons cannot be adjusted; a short press of the power button again unlocks the screen.)

4. Pulse Adjustment: Short press the PULSE button to adjust the pulse mode. There are four modes: F0 (Constant), F1 (10Hz), F2 (40Hz), and F3 (Breathing).

5. Light Wave Adjustment: Short press the SWITCH button to adjust the light wave. There are three modes: ALL (660nm+850nm), 650nm, and 850nm. (Note: 850nm wavelength is invisible to the human eye; the device is working normally when selected.)

6. Temperature Adjustment: Short press the HEAT button to adjust the temperature. There are three temperature settings: P1 (105°F), P2 (125°F), and P3 (140°F).

7. Vibration Adjustment: Short press the VIBRATE button to adjust the vibration mode. There are four modes: L0 (No vibration). L1 (Gentle), L2 (Moderate), L3 (Strong)

8. Time Adjustment: Briefly press the TIMER button to adjust the time. There are three timer settings: 10min, 20min, and 30min.

9. Automatically power off after treatment.

SKIN SENSITIVITY TEST: Before your first treatment, perform this skin sensitivity test to check for any adverse reactions to light therapy.

Key Notes: Maximum 20 minutes/session. First-time users start with 10 minutes. Do not exceed 40 minutes daily per area. Discontinue if redness persists over 1 hour. Consult a physician for personalized plans.

Charging Instructions:

1. Please fully charge the device before first use.

2. When the battery is low, the power indicator light will flash and a beep will sound. It will automatically shut down when the battery is severely low.

3. The battery icon will gradually fill up during charging and will remain lit when fully charged.

Do not use this product while charging.

Notes:

1.Do not combine with heat-generating topical products (e.g. capsaicin creams)to prevent thermal injury.

2.Remove all metallic objects (including jewelry/closures) from treatment areas to avoid heating risks.

3.Do not use directly on swollen or inflamed skin or open wounds.

4.Do not use the device over your eyes, head, or neck.

5.Do not look directly into the LED lights without the protective eyeglasses, as this may result in damage to the eyes.

6.Keep out of reach of children and pets.

7.Do not wash the device in a washing machine or submerge in liquids.
