Instructions for Use:
1. Press and hold the button above the battery to turn the device on /off. Short press to lock the screen.
2. Short press the fire button to select a mode. (5 modes in total: 01 - Low, 02 - Medium, 03 - High, 04 - Pulse 10HZ, 05 - Breathing Repair)
3. Short press the ripple button to set the timer. (default is 10 minutes)
Charging Instructions:
The battery indicator light flashes slowly while charging and stays on when fully charged.
Notes:
1.Disconnect the device from the power supply before cleaning.
2.Using a soft cloth with a little water to gently wipe the surface of device.
3.Do not use alcohol or other corrosive cleaning agents to avoid corroding the surface and damaging internal parts.

Very bright and effective

Brings the relief you're looking for.
Provides the desired relief. I bought it for a friend who does a lot of crafting, suffers from pain, and limits the activities she enjoys. After one session, it soothes her hands; the pain is significantly reduced. I encourage her to continue achieving great results.

I have arthritis in my thumb joint.
I was pleasantly surprised that the pain subsided after a few treatments, and it has improved since then. I usually use it twice a day, but maybe once is enough, I don't know.

After gardening, my hands are often rough and covered in small scratches.
The gloves make me feel like my skin is regenerating faster and is no longer as sensitive. The warmth and light together are simply wonderful, especially in the evening when you're already relaxing. I never thought I'd use a hand device so regularly.

Red light therapy is excellent for arthritis pain.
This is the fourth red light device I've purchased. I've treated his entire body, except for his shoulders. When I'm in pain, I use the red light instead of taking painkillers. I'm really impressed with the results. For my shoulders, I use the handheld wand, but I wish I had a dedicated device for that. I use the handheld product twice a day and can attest to the relief of my arthritis pain. I highly recommend red light therapy to anyone, especially for arthritis pain.

Very helpful for my arthritic hands...
This device is quite easy to use and has helped my hands tremendously. I find the combination of infrared heat and red laser reduces inflammation and swelling in my finger and thumb joints. I enjoy knitting, and I couldn't do that during my illness... which was very disappointing. Now I can try some light knitting again, and I think with a bit of practice, I can resume my favorite craft. My only criticism is that I wish the sides of my wrists could be better protected, as those areas are still uncomfortable. I use the device two to three times a day and will continue to do so until one of us is exhausted!

Effective pain relief
I've been using this red and infrared light therapy glove for a few weeks now, and it has significantly reduced my hand pain! The ergonomic design fits perfectly, and the 660 nm red and 850 nm infrared lights really help reduce inflammation.

Life-changing technology, and they deliver quality products at a great price.
My 89-year-old father uses it daily to relieve his arthritis. He's generally skeptical of such things, but I explained the science behind light therapy to him and tried it myself on my calf muscles. This technology has significantly improved my 89-year-old father's quality of life. Although he's still strong at 89, his hands were his weakest link.

I bought the gloves because my hands get extremely dry and chapped in the winter.
After just the first few uses, I felt my skin feel softer. After two weeks, I also noticed that the redness had significantly reduced. What I particularly like is that the gloves get slightly warm, which is really pleasant in the cold living room. My daughter always laughs when I sit on the couch with them on, but it's worth it – my hands feel like they've had a spa treatment.
