The total cord length is approximately 5.9 feet, which is about 5 feet 11 inches. 

For the 40K fat burner/cavitation head, we usually recommend using it 2–3 times per week on the same area, with at least 48 hours between sessions. Each session can be around 10–15 minutes per treatment area, and we do not recommend staying too long on one spot. Please keep the probe moving during use and always use gel or a water-based medium. For RF tightening heads, you can also start with 5–10 minutes per area, depending on your skin sensitivity. Start from a low level first and gradually increase only if it feels comfortable. 

Everyone’s skin sensitivity is different, and I use it myself all the time. When using it with the gel, I recommend starting at a low setting and gradually increasing the intensity until you find a level that feels comfortable for you. 

The 30-day return policy is a standard policy; however, the time it takes to see results varies depending on the device. 

Ultrasonic gel is frequently used. 

The RF head generates heat; if you require a higher thermal intensity, you can increase the energy level. 

Ultrasonic cavitation works best on larger, soft fat areas like the abdomen, thighs, or arms. It is generally not suitable for the face—especially the buccal fat area—because the fat there is deeper and close to bones and sensitive structures. For facial contouring, safer options would be RF, HIFU, or facial-specific devices rather than cavitation. 

No problem. The LED photon therapy is only an additional skincare feature. The main slimming and tightening effects come from the ultrasonic cavitation and RF functions, so the device can still work effectively even without LED therapy.
