If the machine arrives defective or a handpiece stops working, please contact **service@freyara.com** with your order number and a photo or short video showing the issue. Our after-sales team will assess the problem and arrange an appropriate repair, replacement, or refund if eligible. **Return shipping is generally paid by the customer, except for qualifying defects reported within 7 days of delivery.** Our team will confirm any shipping costs before authorizing a return. Please do not return the machine without contacting us first. 

The lipo laser pads on this model are rated at **635–650nm with an energy output of 56 × 180mW**. So the listed specification is **180mW, not 160mW**.

The vacuum handpiece cannot be added separately to the 3-in-1 machine because the main unit does not include the required vacuum pump and connection. Yes, this machine is compatible with a 220V power supply. We will provide a plug that matches the specifications of your location. 

For the 40K fat burner/cavitation head, we usually recommend using it 2–3 times per week on the same area, with at least 48 hours between sessions. Each session can be around 10–15 minutes per treatment area, and we do not recommend staying too long on one spot. Please keep the probe moving during use and always use gel or a water-based medium. For RF tightening heads, you can also start with 5–10 minutes per area, depending on your skin sensitivity. Start from a low level first and gradually increase only if it feels comfortable. 

Everyone’s skin sensitivity is different, and I use it myself all the time. When using it with the gel, I recommend starting at a low setting and gradually increasing the intensity until you find a level that feels comfortable for you. 

The RF head generates heat; if you require a higher thermal intensity, you can increase the energy level. 

No problem. The LED photon therapy is only an additional skincare feature. The main slimming and tightening effects come from the ultrasonic cavitation and RF functions, so the device can still work effectively even without LED therapy. 

It has a skin-tightening effect. If you want a more professional device, I recommend HIFU 3.0.
