It won't display the temperature; you can gradually increase the power. Find a comfortable temperature. Generally, the temperature should not exceed 60°C.

What you received is a spare filter cotton. There is a plug in the middle of the negative pressure head for placing the filter cotton. Each machine's negative pressure head already contains filter cotton.
