The vacuum head has a different setup than shown in the booklet. There are 2 unlabeled settings on the left and one on the right. I am assuming the right is the intensity? The other 2 are vacuum pressure and release? What is a good setting for those?

Frequency and duration of 3-in-1 use per week？

Hello, It is recommended to use the fat-blasting head three to four times a week, and each time for about 10 minutes on one part. And It is recommended to use the negative pressure head once a week. If you have sha on your back after doing it, do it a second time after recovery. The radio frequency head can be used every day. It is ok if the skin is slightly red. It usually takes 10 to 15 minutes. Each probe must be used with products, essential oils, lotions, creams, and gels are all OK. Do not dry burn the probe

What is the difference between 40K and 80K
A
Hello, 80k is just a slightly higher frequency than 40k, but the functions are the same. If you are sensitive to the frequency sound of fat-blasting head, you can try 40k first, but for those who have not used it, 40k and 80k are the same.
