Yes, you may feel a slight warmth on your skin when the device is turned on, especially at higher settings or when the infrared/NIR mode is activated. This is normal. However, the sensation should be a comfortable warmth—it should not feel hot, painful, or cause a burning sensation. If you experience significant heat, redness, itching, or discomfort, stop using the device immediately and lower the setting, increase the distance, or shorten the treatment time. When using the device on your face, please wear protective eyewear to avoid direct exposure of the light source to your eyes.
