I noticed the cartridge replacements say they last for 20000 to 30000 uses is that correct? So the ones that come with this machine will not need replacing for 20000 or more uses?

Yes, you understand correctly. The machine will display the number of times the ink cartridge can be used. Each time you press the button, it counts as one use. Once the number of uses is used up, you need to replace the ink cartridge with a new one.
