Should I press once and hold for the entire time of a 15 mins etc session? If so will it count as 1 time out of the 20000 times life?

You understand correctly. It can be used a total of 20,000 times. After that, the probe needs to be replaced. It can be found under the Beauty Instrument category in the HIFU Instrument section.

Can the eye prob be used on the eyelid or under the eyes?

An eye probe is used near the eyes and can be placed on the eyelids or under the eyes.

What level of RF & HIFU should I use when treating cheeks eye area forehead and neck? Do I adjust level for both settings? And can I use it every other day for people over 60?

1. After cleaning the face, apply a medium to the skin. It is recommended to use the skin care products you often use, such as lotion, aloe vera gel, etc. as the medium. (Essential oils and essences containing alcohol are not suitable for use) 2. After adjusting the HIFU and RF energy to the highest level that feels comfortable.Use the lifting and holding techniques. The Face treatment use time is 15–45 minutes. The eye area use time is 10-15 minutes.(Ultrasonic waves are not visible to the naked eye. If you need to test whether ultrasonic waves are working properly, you can fill the container with water for testing.) 3. Clean the facial skin with water and apply a moisturizing mask. For better results, we suggest using a mask cover to promote the absorption of the moisturizing mask For deep wrinkles: 15 sessions per course Time of use:Use every 7–10 days For sensitive skin: use every 15–20 days

The head on my device broke so do you guys sell just the heads and if so where can I get them?

There are videos available; you can check them out on our page. We're also filming a more detailed user manual video, but it hasn't been uploaded yet. I’m very confused as to how to know if it’s on the 1.5 MM if it’s on that 3.0 MM or the 4.5 MM can you please explain that to me. Also is there a video of an actual person to using this may be on YouTube or somewhere not just a booklet
