Step-by-step operation guide
1. Long press the “M” button for 3 seconds to power on the device.
2. After startup, the default mode is HIFU. Press “L” to switch between HIFU / WARM / EMS / PULSE.
3. Confirm selected mode by pressing “M” to enter working state.
4. In working mode, press “L” to adjust energy level (1–6 levels).
5. Each session runs a 10-minute automatic countdown.
6. To change mode, press “M” to exit first, then select again using “L”.
7. Keep massage head moving slowly; do not stay on one spot for more than 3 seconds.
8. Device auto-shuts off after 10 minutes or long press “M” for manual shutdown.
• Recommended use: 1–2 times per week
• RF / HIFU / Pulse: about 5 minutes per session
• EMS: about 10 minutes per session
• Total combined use: should not exceed 15 minutes
Tip: Multiple functions can be combined safely for better results
