I was very skeptical when I purchased this machine. Saw some reviews that made me give it a try. I have been working on my labial folds and in 6 weeks I can attest that this really does work! I started with the low setting and gradually worked up to the high setting. This is an excellent purchase and I recommend it. I follow my sessions with good AHA serums.Cons:It’s a commitment. You have to commit to making time for this and not using it over 3 days a week. This machine is for home use and as we all know they are made not to be professional strength and therefore the 50khz are a bit too high for the body to see dramatic results immediately. You also need to make sure u drink plenty of water and try to exercise a bit to release the toxins in your body. This helps drain the subcutaneous fat that gets melted with the RF. So it’s not ideal for a large area. But I want to certainly try it out around my tummy next and will post back an updated review!

YES, this works. It's not subtle either—this device works VERY VERY well, and the results for me are instantaneous. I never imagined any treatment—much less a DIY home device from Amazon—could be so effective. It's truly a game changer.I bought it to get rid of pesky underchin chub. I use it on the highest setting for 10 minutes on each side of my jawline / neck fat. Sometimes I add an extra 10 minutes. The first week I used it every 2 days, then after that I've done maintenance using it once or twice a week. I have only had this for a month, and the results really are dramatic and long-lasting. My jawline really does look sharper and tighter and I feel like there is visibly less fat under my chin.I have also used it at the hairline above my temples (medium setting, 5 minutes each side) for a subtle eyelift effect. It is terrifyingly effective, to the point that I am hesitant to use it on any part of the rest of my face in case I accidentally make any changes I regret.I've read that the initial dramatic tightening effects from RF are temporary. But I've also read that the home devices actually are capable of causing permanent fat loss. In my experience, I noticed the effects wearing off about 4 days after the my second treatment, but nowadays it seems like the results are more persistent.In any case, for good or bad I would not dismiss the fact that this powerful device could cause permanent fat loss, and therefore you should be incredibly careful using it on your face in case you cause permanent changes to your facial fat pads.Lastly, I want to give a shout-out to Mlay's amazing customer service, which is honestly some of the best customer service I've experienced on Amazon. I initially left a negative review because when I first ordered, the Amazon warehouse sent me a used unit that had not been inspected and cleaned. Over the past month Mlay customer service has reached out to me several times to follow up with my experience. They offered to send me a new machine. After I told them I'd already made an exchange through Amazon and was quite happy with my new device, they nevertheless offered to send me another tube of their gel to make up for the trouble, even though it was the Amazon warehouse's mistake.

Product worked great but stopped working after a few months-contacted Freyara customer service. Responded extremely fast AND they’re going to be replacing the machine because it was still under warranty!!! Thermage in the spa or facial center costs alot, and they were only few treatments. I am currently using this 3 times a week, from level 1 and 10 mins to level 2 and 10 mins. The probe won't hurt your skin, it becomes warm and hot if you stayed in one place for too long, but the product comes with the relieve and repairing gel to cool your skin so your skin doesn't become too dry. Gel used up pretty fast, but there are always replacements you can get. I can see my lines are smoother. This is an investment that is worth it.

They reached out to me offering a full refund. They also showed a lot of concern, trying to find out the reason of why I was not happy. They were trying to find out if I was using it correct and giving me advice. They let me keep the device in order if I want to use it on other parts of my body. Note, after I left my initial review a year later after purchasing the device, they reached out to me immediately and issued me a refund.The company is amazing and I would definitely recommend to try their products!
