I went and got jawline filler and regretted it. Radiesse can’t be dissolved like other fillers but I heard that RF Treatments could help.I’ve had this machine for 9 months. I use it at least once a month. I try to not over do it because this machine does work.At first I just used it on my jawline to reduce the volume of the filler and it worked. Face tightened up and looked youthful. It’s a slight difference but you notice it.I have cheek filler and sculptra on my face so I try to not over do it. This will slim your face down.I have gained some weight and figured it could help my double chin but I don’t see any difference with that to be honest.I recommend if you over did your facial fillers and want to slim and tighten a bit. It’s a great tool to have.

I bought this device about a year ago. In my unique situation it did not work for me as expected. I did some research and talked to specialists. Seems like it should be working fine on anybody else's skin.The best part is if you are not satisfied with your results, their customer service is extremely helpful. They reached out to me offering a full refund. They also showed a lot of concern, trying to find out the reason of why I was not happy. They were trying to find out if I was using it correct and giving me advice. They let me keep the device in order if I want to use it on other parts of my body. Note, after I left my initial review a year later after purchasing the device, they reached out to me immediately and issued me a refund.The company is amazing and I would definitely recommend to try their products!

YES, this works. It's not subtle either—this device works VERY VERY well, and the results for me are instantaneous. I never imagined any treatment—much less a DIY home device from Amazon—could be so effective. It's truly a game changer.I bought it to get rid of pesky underchin chub. I use it on the highest setting for 10 minutes on each side of my jawline / neck fat. Sometimes I add an extra 10 minutes. The first week I used it every 2 days, then after that I've done maintenance using it once or twice a week. I have only had this for a month, and the results really are dramatic and long-lasting. My jawline really does look sharper and tighter and I feel like there is visibly less fat under my chin.I have also used it at the hairline above my temples (medium setting, 5 minutes each side) for a subtle eyelift effect. It is terrifyingly effective, to the point that I am hesitant to use it on any part of the rest of my face in case I accidentally make any changes I regret.I've read that the initial dramatic tightening effects from RF are temporary. But I've also read that the home devices actually are capable of causing permanent fat loss. In my experience, I noticed the effects wearing off about 4 days after the my second treatment, but nowadays it seems like the results are more persistent.In any case, for good or bad I would not dismiss the fact that this powerful device could cause permanent fat loss, and therefore you should be incredibly careful using it on your face in case you cause permanent changes to your facial fat pads.Lastly, I want to give a shout-out to Mlay's amazing customer service, which is honestly some of the best customer service I've experienced on Amazon. I initially left a negative review because when I first ordered, the Amazon warehouse sent me a used unit that had not been inspected and cleaned. Over the past month Mlay customer service has reached out to me several times to follow up with my experience. They offered to send me a new machine. After I told them I'd already made an exchange through Amazon and was quite happy with my new device, they nevertheless offered to send me another tube of their gel to make up for the trouble, even though it was the Amazon warehouse's mistake.

So instead, I bought this MLAY device and I’m seeing very good results after using it consistently over the past three months. I started at the lowest setting, then used the medium, and finally worked my way up to the highest heat setting. I use the gel it came with, move the wand in a circular motion, and find it comfortable to use. (If it’s uncomfortable, either add more gel or go down on the heat setting.) I do a 15 minute session every 3-4 days and have really noticed a big difference. My skin is looking brighter, my dark spot acne scars are fading, and my skin also feels tighter. I like that I can do this process at home and don’t need to visit the doctors office for an expensive treatment. Now that I’m happy with my skin tone, I’m going to try using the body attachment on a few other areas. As long as you can be consistent and give it time to work, you will see positive results.

I personally could not use the machine however the Company was pleasant and refunded me quickly.

I've been using the MLAY for years. I was off to a rough start and replaced my first one due to an issue I actually can't remember! But my second MLAY has been doing beautifully. When I'm going out I use the MLAY in combination with my Nuface in no special order.I'm 76. I've had a face lift, CO2 lasers, thermage, ultherapy, Sofwave, Ellacor, botox and fillers. I do believe the MLAY and Nuface have helped me maintain the many thousands of dollars I've spent over the last 30 some years. I wouldn't be without them and often go to great lengths to take them when I travel and want to look my best.I also use ZO Health and Revision products. They can be pricey. But I get the most compliments on my skin after using the MLAY and a great spray on bronzer.

I’m seeing great improvement/skin tightening in the jowl area after about 30 days of using this radio frequency device

i have some pretty bad acne scars and had been trying to find anything to help with them nothing seems to do the trick so i figured i would give this mlay skin tightener a try at first i was kinda iffy because its a decent size investment but decided to go ahead and try it anyways it has pretty easy instructions and doesnt take long to put together and use i started with 10 minute treatments the first 2 days and went ahead with 20 after that so far my skin feels alot better to the touch and the scars arent as visable so i can say it does its job and im glad i went ahead and gave it a shot im hoping within a month of using my skin will feel even more better and repaired if your like me and have looked everywhere for something to help this is a good item to use

I was very skeptical when I purchased this machine. Saw some reviews that made me give it a try. I have been working on my labial folds and in 6 weeks I can attest that this really does work! I started with the low setting and gradually worked up to the high setting. This is an excellent purchase and I recommend it. I follow my sessions with good AHA serums.Cons:It’s a commitment. You have to commit to making time for this and not using it over 3 days a week. This machine is for home use and as we all know they are made not to be professional strength and therefore the 50khz are a bit too high for the body to see dramatic results immediately. You also need to make sure u drink plenty of water and try to exercise a bit to release the toxins in your body. This helps drain the subcutaneous fat that gets melted with the RF. So it’s not ideal for a large area. But I want to certainly try it out around my tummy next and will post back an updated review!
