How to Use

- Fix the host onto the Red & Blue Light Therapy Cap in the correct direction.
- After installing the host, long press the button on the side of the battery to turn the device on or off.

Short press the battery-side button to select one of the 5 modes:
• Mode 1: Red & blue lights flash alternately with vibration
• Mode 2: Red light always on
• Mode 3: Blue light always on
• Mode 4: Red & blue lights flash alternately
• Mode 5: Purple light always on - When the therapy cap is operating normally, the green indicator light will flash or remain on.

- The host must align correctly with the magnetic buckle of the therapy cap. Ensure the protrusion on the cap fits securely into the groove of the host.
- Please select the therapy intensity according to your personal tolerance. For first-time use, it is recommended to start with a lower level and gradually increase the intensity after adapting.
- The product can be charged using a portable power bank when the battery is low. It can also continue functioning while charging.
