I bought this for my husband, who suffers from severe arthritis and neuropathy (numbness) in his hands.

After about two weeks of daily use, he noticed a significant improvement in his arthritis pain. What's particularly strange is that he believes he's regained some feeling in his fingertips as well.

I haven't had a chance to use it as regularly as recommended (twice a day), but even the minimal use has helped.

My left hand is no longer so stiff and tense, and one finger on my right hand is now straight. I think with regular use, it will relieve the pain in my thumb joints. However, I will be giving it to my 100-year-old father, who suffers from severe arthritis pain and swelling in his hands.

I find it easy to use and very helpful when I use it twice daily for neuropathic pain due to chemotherapy.

The instructions were a bit unclear, so I looked it up online. I do it for 20 minutes each morning and evening!

I wasn't sure how to rate this, as I was using various methods to treat my trigger finger/hand injury, including anti-inflammatory medications/creams, exercises, and stretches.

But after not using it for several days, I noticed a significant difference. Therefore, I would rate it highly and buy it again.
