This device is quite easy to use and has helped my hands tremendously. I find the combination of infrared heat and red laser reduces inflammation and swelling in my finger and thumb joints. I enjoy knitting, and I couldn't do that during my illness... which was very disappointing. Now I can try some light knitting again, and I think with a bit of practice, I can resume my favorite craft. My only criticism is that I wish the sides of my wrists could be better protected, as those areas are still uncomfortable. I use the device two to three times a day and will continue to do so until one of us is exhausted!

I bought the gloves because my hands get extremely dry and chapped in the winter.

After just the first few uses, I felt my skin feel softer. After two weeks, I also noticed that the redness had significantly reduced. What I particularly like is that the gloves get slightly warm, which is really pleasant in the cold living room. My daughter always laughs when I sit on the couch with them on, but it's worth it – my hands feel like they've had a spa treatment.

Red light therapy is excellent for arthritis pain.

This is the fourth red light device I've purchased. I've treated his entire body, except for his shoulders. When I'm in pain, I use the red light instead of taking painkillers. I'm really impressed with the results. For my shoulders, I use the handheld wand, but I wish I had a dedicated device for that. I use the handheld product twice a day and can attest to the relief of my arthritis pain. I highly recommend red light therapy to anyone, especially for arthritis pain.
