Easy-to-use red light therapy on the top and bottom of the foot.

They work great and are comfortable. The package includes everything you need: two charging cables with a charging block, two power controllers, and two shoes. The power controllers are magnetic, so you can simply remove them from the shoes to charge and then reattach them. This is incredibly easy, and the ability to charge the controller separately from the shoe is especially convenient.

It feels great.

I always get heel pain after standing for long periods. I used to use infrared light for pain relief, but it required lying on my back. This slipper design is very convenient. Simply plug in the long cables and turn them on. It feels warm and very comfortable. After wearing them several times, my heel pain is significantly improved. I only bought one slipper and then had to wear it with my other foot. I'll buy another pair to speed up the healing time.

I've tried several different red light therapy devices, from belts and wraps to foot mats.

I have to say, I'm impressed. It features 660 nm red light, 850 nm near-infrared light, two modes, and a 30-minute timer with automatic shut-off. It comes with a power adapter/cable and a controller. What I always emphasize when evaluating these devices is that you should do your research and know how to use them. I think they offer great benefits, but safety always comes first. All in all, a good red light device specifically for the feet.
