I’ve been using this 108-LED red light therapy cap for almost 3 months, and I’ve seen a clear reduction in hair shedding. It’s lightweight and fits well, even over my large head. The red light feels relaxing, and I use it while reading. I recommend it for anyone starting to notice thinning hair.

Hair loss has gradually decreased and new hair growth may occur. Combining it with a hair growth serum is key. Have tried others with no success. Effects may depend on that. It's easy to use and has a good carry-on box. Plus, the price is reasonable considering it's an FDA approved hat!

I highly recommend it. I'm sure it made the biggest difference as I've lost my hair before. This is my second time growing it back and this device has had a huge impact on how quickly the hair grew back this time. Please note that the photo below is zoomed in so I can line up the hairlines of both photos as there are 6 months between them.
