"I've read so much about the health benefits of red light therapy and this lamp finally made it easy for me to try it. The red light lamp comes with a stand and has levels at 660nm and 850nm. You can read online about what benefits 660nm and 850nm provide. It feels very warm to the skin but still comfortable and you don't feel like you're burning your skin.
The lamp is easy to set up and use right out of the box. It has an adjustable tripod and flexible stand so you can target specific parts of your body. There is a timer function so I can set a timer for 10, 20 or 30 minutes and it automatically turns off when the time is up so I don't have to worry about dozing off.
I think this is a great red light therapy lamp. Read up on the benefits and consider purchasing one. I really enjoyed this particular red light therapy lamp."

I like that this device is so lightweight and seems to cover a large area. It's easy to assemble and adjust with the included stand and is super easy to use. Soothing and relaxing! There is nothing to complain about here – it works as it should and gets two thumbs up from me!

It has the perfect design so you can easily adjust it higher or lower and change the direction you want the light to shine. It is also very powerful. Make sure to always wear your glasses so the light doesn't damage your eyes. Pretty affordable compared to others I looked at.

This is a game changer! It provides just enough heat while directing the red light directly at my skin. The movable arms are easy to manipulate to direct the light where it is needed. The stand itself is nice and sturdy, but light enough to move around. It is much less expensive than my first unit, which only had two movable arms. I have used two units for red light therapy and still use the wrap around version, but this unit can be used for practically anything. It was a nice touch that safety goggles were included, although they fell apart in shipping. I have trained myself over the years not to look directly at the lights, but with the many uses of this light, I am sure I will use them.

If possible, I sometimes go outside in the cold months and tan in the sun as much as possible because it loosens up all the joints and tendons.
But with this whole body RLT unit, I don't have to rely on the distant winter sun for that, I can do it indoors and shine the full effect of the red light on the aching parts of my body.
Great lamp - and a pretty big lamp at that - and ready to turn your pain into soothing well-being.
I haven't had to do that yet, but it's set up and ready when the first big storm hits town.
