I'm 55, skin has gone to crap, excess skin by jawline. I did this on day 1 for 10 minutes each side of face; next day 15 minutes each side of face; next day 10 minutes each side. (yes, 3 days in a row). OMG. Jawline all firmed up. I don't feel like a total hag now. I went right to level 3 also (for the power). If you're new to RF, you may want to go slower. And be careful with this....I got distracted by a text and stopped moving the wand and almost burnt my cheek...it got very very hot when I let it sit still. You must keep the wand moving. I try to keep a pattern and I'm mixing it up too. I stay away from my throat (thyroid)....however, I do go over just a teensy bit of my throat just below my jawline. I've gone to a salon and paid $150+ for a 40 minute session (the tech used tons of goop and she kept that wand moving the whole time). So I'm using tons of goop also (the applicator you put on your face prior to use, pretty sure you use it to prevent burning yourself), and then I use the little plastic scooper to help clear it off the skin. I'm super happy with this product and with the results I've already seen. I don't plan on using this daily (I was just impatient so I did it daily for 3 days). Now I've reached a point where I'm (very) happy and will just maybe do it two times a week, or once a week, depending on my skin needs. Who knows? My skin may look like crap tomorrow and I'll have to do it again. But when I would do this at the salon, the tightening effect would last about a week...so it was great right before a party or a wedding. But I love it so far and I'll update this review based on my continued use. It was pricey, and it's definitely a bit of work, but SO worth it. (I also use Estee Lauder products/serums and retinol)

The quality of this device is great. It feels sturdy and well-made. The results are visible and it's easy to operate. I'm very satisfied with my purchase.

I have used this product for about a month now, and have only done 4 treatments with it, but let me tell you, I have seen some pretty incredible results so far! The lines by my nose & mouth have diminished & softened a lot, my under eye area is smoother and tighter, my jawline is way more contoured and tight. My overall skin appearance & texture has improved wit brightness & smoothness. I was a little skeptical, but am so glad that I bought this!

Highly recommend this product. It's easy to use and the results are noticeable. My skin looks better and feels firmer. Great value for the price.

I've been using this once a week for past 3 weeks on level 2 ... forehead lines are definitely reduced. Used 4 mins on forehead (2 mins each side). 1 min on each undereye. 4 mins on cheeks, 4 mins each on neck and chin areas. Planning to try on body next :). Since I've gotten RF from salons you really don't need to keep doing this every week more than 4 or 6 wks ... after that you just let your body do the rest and results last anywhere from 6-18 months depending on skin and body type. Worth the money. The device is easy to use and the results are impressive. My skin has improved and I've noticed a reduction in fine lines. Would definitely recommend.

I purchased this machine a few months ago, but just began using it a few weeks ago. The results were almost instantly dramatic. I'd gone into my dermatologist the week before and she said "Oh god. what happened to your skin!". Started using expensive products and this little baby. Well, w/in 2 weeks, I'd bought one for my sister!THEN, it broke. I was angry as a hornet & fully expecting to do battle w/this vendor (outside the return window bc I waited so long to use it). Cindy was BEYOND AMAZING!!! Repaired/replaced w/zero guff and profuse apologies.So, the product works AND this vendor will make your purchase RIGHT!!!Biggest disappointment is that I have to wait a few more days to get my new machine. Thank you, thank you, thank you, Cindy.I plan on buying 2 more for xmas. I WILL ONLY BUY FROM THIS VENDOR. Not sure on pricing, but it's worth paying a little more to get this kind of customer service.So, am I happy w/my purchase(s)...heck, yeah!!!

I have been looking into methods to improve my skin condition during this draw winter, and thanks to this machine, my skin has shown remarkable progress in just a few weeks. My skin feels and looks much better and I have noticed many wrinkles disappear. I definitely suggest that you look into buying one for yourself and your family/friends!

I bought this device about a year ago. In my unique situation it did not work for me as expected. I did some research and talked to specialists. Seems like it should be working fine on anybody else's skin.The best part is if you are not satisfied with your results, their customer service is extremely helpful. They reached out to me offering a full refund. They also showed a lot of concern, trying to find out the reason of why I was not happy. They were trying to find out if I was using it correct and giving me advice. They let me keep the device in order if I want to use it on other parts of my body. Note, after I left my initial review a year later after purchasing the device, they reached out to me immediately and issued me a refund.The company is amazing and I would definitely recommend to try their products!
