I've been using this once a week for past 3 weeks on level 2 ... forehead lines are definitely reduced. Used 4 mins on forehead (2 mins each side). 1 min on each undereye. 4 mins on cheeks, 4 mins each on neck and chin areas. Planning to try on body next :). Since I've gotten RF from salons you really don't need to keep doing this every week more than 4 or 6 wks ... after that you just let your body do the rest and results last anywhere from 6-18 months depending on skin and body type.
