I’ve used this device 4× per week for 4 weeks, mostly on my abdomen and thighs. I measured: waist down ~1.8 cm, thigh ~1.2 cm. The RF + cavitation combo gives a warm, relaxing sensation without pain. The touchscreen is intuitive, heads are easy to swap. I’m a busy working mom, so doing this 20 minutes at home is perfect. Just start at lower energy for first few sessions. Customer support was helpful when I had a question about settings — fast and professional.

The instructions were clear and the devices easy to use. Great! You can see the changes on my arms after a few weeks of use. Of course, a healthy diet and routine are just as important.

I am super happy. My machine came pretty fast. However my instruction booklet was missing. I contacted customer service and they answered my message the same day and they sent me the instruction booklet by PDF the same day. I was surprised with the fast service. I give them 5 stars .(Both sides have not been installed yet)
