I would recommend starting this machine on level 1 or 2 (out of 10) to get your bearings. Increase as needed it's fantastic, you can definitely see results and feel results very quickly. It's been my 5th time using the machine it's still going strong so far!!!

Be patient, be consistent with diet, exercise and usage

I used this product to help tighten skin and even out tissues. It is a home machine so you have to be patient and consistent with your use. Also maintain a healthy lifestyle of food moderation and daily exercise to help results.

 Great Product! Easy to set up and start using. Worth the money! You start seeing results after a few sessions. My Favorite is the Multipolar and vacum. I like the Different settings and levels. Highly recommend.

Small but mighty
