The product works well. Just as expected! I did have to watch a few videos to learn which speed and depth I should be using on each part but once you get the hang of it it is super easy and saves you so much money!

I used to use the micro needling roller and decided to purchase the Dr. Pen M8 after reading several reviews. I have no regrets and wish I would have bought us sooner. The pen is sturdy and easy to use. I like the options to choose the speed and the display to see selected speed. It is really easy to replace the needle heads and procedure only takes about 20 minutes. The absorption of my hyaluronic acid was awesome. My skin looks and feels great. Friends have asked me what skin products I use because me skin looks so amazing.

We thought it might be a faulty unit because certain numbers were displaying upside down - but it turns out that you are supposed to read the numbers with the cartridge pointing downwards. ;) The Dr Pen M8 is an amazing tool that helps you get professional results in the comfort of your home at a fraction of the cost.
