I've been using this once a week for past 3 weeks on level 2 ... forehead lines are definitely reduced. Used 4 mins on forehead (2 mins each side). 1 min on each undereye. 4 mins on cheeks, 4 mins each on neck and chin areas. Planning to try on body next :). Since I've gotten RF from salons you really don't need to keep doing this every week more than 4 or 6 wks ... after that you just let your body do the rest and results last anywhere from 6-18 months depending on skin and body type. I'm 55, skin has gone to crap, excess skin by jawline. I did this on day 1 for 10 minutes each side of face; next day 15 minutes each side of face; next day 10 minutes each side. (yes, 3 days in a row). OMG. Jawline all firmed up. I don't feel like a total hag now. I went right to level 3 also (for the power). If you're new to RF, you may want to go slower. And be careful with this....I got distracted by a text and stopped moving the wand and almost burnt my cheek...it got very very hot when I let it sit still. You must keep the wand moving. I try to keep a pattern and I'm mixing it up too. I stay away from my throat (thyroid)....however, I do go over just a teensy bit of my throat just below my jawline. I've gone to a salon and paid $150+ for a 40 minute session (the tech used tons of goop and she kept that wand moving the whole time). So I'm using tons of goop also (the applicator you put on your face prior to use, pretty sure you use it to prevent burning yourself), and then I use the little plastic scooper to help clear it off the skin. I'm super happy with this product and with the results I've already seen. I don't plan on using this daily (I was just impatient so I did it daily for 3 days). Now I've reached a point where I'm (very) happy and will just maybe do it two times a week, or once a week, depending on my skin needs. Who knows? My skin may look like crap tomorrow and I'll have to do it again. But when I would do this at the salon, the tightening effect would last about a week...so it was great right before a party or a wedding. But I love it so far and I'll update this review based on my continued use. It was pricey, and it's definitely a bit of work, but SO worth it. (I also use Estee Lauder products/serums and retinol)

I only write reviews for products that I really like. I received this item last week based on reviews. YouTube reviews as well. It takes time. People who complain about a busy schedule is just an excuse. I'm a single mom of 3 kids, I workout and go to work. I I've had some free time lately. I've been giving myself 1 treatment a day on my stomach. I hate how mu stomach was looking even with exercise and eating healthy. Of course it's after giving birth and I am older now. I'm not old but I'm older lol. So far I've given myself 10 treatments on my stomach and I do see a difference. I wish I took a before picture. I took a picture this morning and I will update after 10 more treatments. It does take time 10-30 min out of your day. Your arm does hurt. I think it would be better if you have a significant other or a older kid that doesn't mind doing it for you. If you can commit to the process then go ahead and invest in it.

I'm starting to see results. Been using for 2 months now. I lost a bunch of weight and have issues with skin sagging around my cheeks and a little on my neck. Starting to firm it up.

Bought it for my wife as a birthday gift. Shehad done a few treatments locally via living social, liked the treatments but didn’t like the traveling and waiting time. So I did some research & decided I could buy the machine & save her time. She has had the machine for month & used it more than couple times; as she told me she can see & feel the same results as the $100 a session treatments!However, we do like it very much and recommend it. Instructions are clear and easy, and it is solidly constructed.This is a great product that really works, it will tighten loose skin and heal external pathologies to a certain extent. You should buy it.

I purchased this machine a few months ago, but just began using it a few weeks ago. The results were almost instantly dramatic. I'd gone into my dermatologist the week before and she said "Oh god. what happened to your skin!". Started using expensive products and this little baby. Well, w/in 2 weeks, I'd bought one for my sister!THEN, it broke. I was angry as a hornet & fully expecting to do battle w/this vendor (outside the return window bc I waited so long to use it). Cindy was BEYOND AMAZING!!! Repaired/replaced w/zero guff and profuse apologies.So, the product works AND this vendor will make your purchase RIGHT!!!Biggest disappointment is that I have to wait a few more days to get my new machine. Thank you, thank you, thank you, Cindy.I plan on buying 2 more for xmas. I WILL ONLY BUY FROM THIS VENDOR. Not sure on pricing, but it's worth paying a little more to get this kind of customer service.So, am I happy w/my purchase(s)...heck, yeah!!!

I noticed a difference within two weeks.It’s a tedious to do it every day so I have it on my nightstand to do every night before bed- but totally worth it.
