I’m not sure I will use this. When I find all kinds of improper language uses and spelling errors in the manual, it makes me wary. Besides, I can find the same product for much less elsewhere. Yep, will be returning.

I was sent a new machine after reporting the probes on 1st machine had stopped working. So far I have not have any trouble from the new machine.

Since first purchasing this unit I’ve used it 21 times (3 days apart per session) on my face.I can report the following:1 - the small lines around my mouth are gone2 - the marionette lines from my nose to my chin are much reduced3 - the sagging skin under my chin and neck is significantly tighter4 - the deep vertical lines between my eyebrows MAY be softened a bit, but not to a degree that shows obvious improvementI plan to use it just a few more times & then give my face some down time to do it’s own thing.A few tips:— use a generous amount of ultrasonic gel. If it starts to thicken on your face, wipe it off and apply new gel— make sure your skin feels the heat. It shouldn’t hurt, but if you don’t feel the heat, either the setting is too low, you don’t have enough gel on your skin, you’re moving the device too quickly across your skin, or, the unit is defective— your skin will look worse after application than it did before. That lasts for me at least a day. So give your skin recovery time before you plan to show your face! It’s not dreadful, but, for example, saggy skin will look saggier at first. Then a day or so later it will look much better.— moisturize! Moisturize with your favorite products after every treatment. And moisturize again before bed. If you have a light moisturizer for day time, do that in the morning. Moisturize after a shower. In other words MOISTURIZE!— I had some reliability issues with the first unit. It died after 7 uses. It was returned for a replacement which so far has worked for the 14 uses since then.— this machine does things that injectable fillers do not. It tightens the skin and reduces fine lines. I love fillers in my cheeks and lips but it’s been over 18 months since I’ve had them. If you already have fillers, check to see that the RF won’t degrade them under your skin. I plan to get fillers again and I think the combo after more RF will be fantastic.— btw I am in my 60s, Mediterranean skin, love to tan (and never burn), don’t have many wrinkles to begin with, but do have skin laxity.

this is seriously work great i am using this one for just a week in my belly area and i seen little difference in my skin and I am happy mom after 2 baby u will need this and i think this great product if are looking for save money + safe and work great too. i only say don't over used read carefully befor used.

I bought this for my mom about 2 weeks ago and she loves it. Very convenient having one at home, beats going outside and risk getting infected with the pandemic going on. It's pretty simple to use, and just a few minutes a day every other day. She mostly uses the 20 minute setting and says she definitely feels her skin tightening. Very happy with the purchase

Currently, I am satisfied with my purchase. I’m not really seeing much results after 5 treatments. Perhaps I need to treat the neck area more frequently. I’ll continue to try it.

I have used this machine for nearly a month now. Will have to say the results are AMAZING. I set the machine at level two, and use the small probe on my forehead and both sides of my face. I do this once a week for 10 minutes on each area. Thus far, my under eye bags are visibly shrunk, and smile lines are slightly smoothed. As for my forehead, I have not yet seen drastic improvement. I figure my skin on forehead is utterly thin. It would take quite sometime to build up collagen. Results on my eyes and smile lines have greatly exceeded my expectations! Very confident I will see more amazing results in time.
