Packaging was nice, and the product itself was good and easy to use. However, it didn't come with the heat protection glove like advertised, and one of the crimping plates fell off randomly while mid-use and I burnt myself. The missing heat glove makes it hard to work with for long periods of times without hurting your hand.

The problem that I faced is this one is getting really hot pretty quickly. I didn’t feel comfortable with it. The plastic looks cheap. it does its job but I’m not sure about its life time.

Absolutely love this styling tool!!! Even best it comes with 4 interchangeable plates and a velvet organize bag. I have tried them all! They all gave me gorgeous waves or styles. This crimper heats up really quick, like 5 secs and you can set desired temperature to protect your hair. And I love the texture, they use matte metal and definitely not the cheap materials. It's extremely satisfied all my needs!! Highly recommended!!

I used it for my cosplay wig and it worked really well and Im super happy with this purchase and would recommend it for anyone!!!

Easy to use. The default plate is already good enough and I used it to make big waves. Easy to control the size of the wave by the rolling it at different angles. Easy for me to use since I have thin hairs

I’ve been using this product to straighten my hair for about two weeks, and I absolutely love it!I just cut my hair short, and I needed a tool to smooth my hair to make it look neat a little bit. This product do a great job as a straightener! It heat up quick(I normally just wait for one minute and it’ll ready to use). It has four heat levels to choose, I use 200 degrees(it is in Celsius) and it works well for me. It also comes with three different pairs of crimping plates and I’ll probably try them out sometime. I store it in the nice velvet bag when I don’t use it.Overall, this is a great product for such good price, highly recommend it!!
